Here is everything about My Daily hair care Routine which is really helpful in curbing Hair fall, Dandruff, and other hair problems. The proper hair care routine helps my hair to grow faster, longer and beautiful I love the Feeling of freshly cut hair on my face when Wind blows through my Hair. But this feeling stays 2-3 days after my salon or home spa. Then I started worried about my hairs, if I don`t give it a proper care in every 3-4 days it will start falling and dying. This the problem girls are facing every day. Life is too short. Make each hair Flip Fabulous. When I have started growing my hair longer I was in 7th std. Before that my mom uses to take me to the salon and chopped it in Bob. I never liked Bob cut at that age. Always crying and screaming before every haircut. I thought it makes me look like a Boy. Yeah! I was foolish at that time. But now my feelings and view towards my hair cut are totally changed. Bob is easy to maintain and don`t need combing and tying. In my school days, I was the only girl in my class with Bob's hair. There were lots of short girly haircuts at that time. But my mom never liked any of them as she fears of getting infected with lice and other Problems. How did I start growing Hair? Love in the Hair One day in my 7th std. talking with my friends I have decided to grow my hair longer as all other girls. Actually, my friends forced me to talk to my mom on this topic. I told, “Mom I am not a child now, I can take care of my hairs and this haircut doesn`t suit me at all”. She replied, “I don’t think so”. Another day when she takes me to the salon, I started crying and begging “please mumma I don`t like short hair and I promise to take care of it myself, please don`t cut my hair”. She agreed but the promise of taking care of my hairs properly is really gonna be tough for me. After that, I started growing it longer and longer. I was happy as I can make ponytail, braid or Bun, whatever I love to make. Soon after a year of growing my hair longer, I have started facing the real problem. The “Hair fall”, biggest nightmare of any girl. The problem made me tensed and Panic. I realized growing hair is not a tough task but maintain beauty and health is the big deal. What I did for curing Hair fall Problem? At that time I was a school going girl. I never got time for hair care or Skincare routine. That time I barely cut my hairs in 3-4 months. I started using different hair care products that are available in the market. Started using Different types of Oil, Shampoo, Conditioner and even Hair Serums. Then? What? Nothing happened well, my hair starting falling even more badly. Then I go to my mom and shares all my problems with her. She suggests to me to take care of my hair on a regular basis. And cutting hair is also a part of hair care routine. She suggests me to Oil my hair once a week and washing twice in a week. I have started searching for the best product for my hair. More and More I get confused. The product doesn`t matter if you are not using it properly. And a medium quality hair care product can be fruitful for you if you will use it regular properly. My search for the best product for my hair care is still going on. I love to explore new products for you especially. Which brand do I find best for stopping hair fall? I will not suggest you use any particular brand for hair care. I found that every brand works best at its level to make you satisfied. But it is up to you to use it properly so that it can give you the best result. Only using expensive branded product cannot be the best. Proper use makes it best for anyone. After searching for the best-suited product for hair. I found that proper application matters. Use herbal products more instead of chemically treated one. Best Shampoo brands (My Recommendation) If you are wondering for best Shampoo for your hair then here are the lists. I have used these and found effective for myself. I personally this most as it not only makes hair shiny but also give it a volume after wash. L’Oréal The shampoo and conditioner brand L’Oréal is one of the hair care brands that manufacture the most effective products. This is also a professional`s choice. You must try this brand once in your life. L’Oréal is a French company, its shampoos are in the 1st position in the world. It has a huge verity of shampoos which are suitable for different types of hairs. Everyone can find his/her preferred type of hair wash. I found this really helpful for my damaged hair. Its damage and split end control shampoos are really awesome. You can also find these online now. Head & shoulder “You never get second chance to make a first impression”. We all are familiar with this tagline and Head & shoulder is what exactly what it claims. It is the main product of P&G group. At present, it has about 30 verities of shampoos. But at its early stage, it was only Anti-dandruff Shampoo. Still, it is famous as an anti-dandruff shampoo. Whenever we talk about non-dandruff shampoo “Head & Shoulder is the first name comes to my mind. I have used its anti-dandruff shampoo and it worked really well. It helped me to get rid of scalp itch within one month. Then I stopped using it and switched my shampoo. The only reason for switching my hair wash is its harsh effect. It makes my hair a bit rough even after used diluted. Although it is not harmful to the hair, you can try if you are suffering from dandruff problem. Pantene Again a P&G product with about 6-10 different verities of shampoos. I have used Pantene Pro-V (Pantene provitamin) which is known as the company’s best product. It is unique of its kind, claims to be a 2-in-1 product. Act as a shampoo and conditioner both. I have used this pro-V formula and found it`s true. It makes my hair really smooth, soft and shiny after a wash and even without using conditioner. It helps reduce hair fall due to breakage. Helps repair damaged hair strands and gives it a nourished lustered look. I loved it! But I don't find this much useful for oily hair. Vatika This is my mom`s favorite shampoo even now. She uses to apply this to my hair when I was a school girl. Yeah! This is the reason why I put this shampoo on my list. I have noticed, at that time my hair used to be thicker and voluminous as compared to today. My mom never applied conditioner to my hair. Even never allowed me to try until I was in Higher Secondary. This is why I think the reason behind my healthy growing hair at that time was this Vatika shampoo. Himalaya I love Natural and Herbal products. The main reason behind this is less risky for any side effects. If there will be nothing good for you then it will not bad at all. The company uses some rare and exquisite herbs to promote healthy hair. Himalaya shampoo comes in 5 different choices. It is made for fight 5 different hair problem. Like itchy Scalp, Dandruff, Hair fall, Split ends, Week and damaged hair. It is not only effective but also pocket-friendly. Dove Dove launched in 2007 and becomes almost everyone`s favorite. It is most demanding Brand in the field of hair and Body care. Dove is a product of Hindustan Unilever and is fastest growing shampoo brand in the country and worldwide. It is highly conditioned formula and best suited of dry hair. It has a verity of good quality Shampoos for different hair problems. Dove Shampoo is the one I used the most. Even now if I run out of my daily Shampoo I can use Dove in place. It comes in a single-use pack with conditioner or without conditioner. Dove shampoo is the only hair wash I can use without Conditioner. It feels really soft and shiny after a single wash. But I don`t find this good for Dandruff or hair fall. Neutrogena Neutrogena, a brand headquartered in Los Angeles, California is the world 3rd best shampoo brand. This is available is more than 60 countries in the world. It claims to be dermatologically tested and written: “#Dermatologist recommended Shampoo”. And is really recommended Shampoo by most of the dermatologists. I came to know about this product from one of my dermatologist friends. It may seem to be a little be expensive to you after use you will say it worth it. I have tried its T/Gel shampoo, you can also give it a try. Kesh King Shampoo It is Ayurvedic shampoo is a proven remedy for hair and scalp problems. This has been made by the renowned Ayurvedic expert by using Aloe Vera and 21 different precious herbs. Kesh King Shampoo gives nourishment to the root, arrest the hair fall, dandruff and make dry hair healthy and silky and look beautiful. It has a sweet light fragrance which stays all day long and feels fresh. Believe me, I am using it and now I am addicted to this products. It works better than any other shampoo because it is herbal shampoo. I like the consistency, you don`t need lots of it just apply a bit and it will be sufficient. Which oil is best for hair growth and thickness? Today Hair problems like hair fall, Split ends and Scalp infections are increasing among both male and female. This is all due to the polluted environment out there. We can`t avoid going out in this busy world but to avoid hair problems, Oiling is the most crucial step. Biosilk therapy Oil This is also a good product and is now becoming every hairstylists and celebrities choice. I have heard a lot about this Bio-oil. Then I have decided to try this one. And it is really proving to be the best. The reason behind this is its lightweight and non-sticky properties. This is suitable hair oil for both men and females. This hair oil is also proved as the best hair oil for men. Availability is limited and may be not found in India. But online shopping sites like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart and all others are selling this online. Dove Elixir hair oil This hair oil makes your hair smooth and shiny gives nourishment. Smells really good. But hair fall doesn`t stop. I think this is for repair damaged hair only but don't work much for hair regrowth. Bajaj Almond Drop This oil is good daily use oil but not so effective on chronic hair fall or other hair problems. It smells really good and feels really light after applying. You can use it as your regular oil if you don`t have any hair problem. It has a goodness of Almond which keeps hair nourished and healthy. Indulekha Hair Oil I found Indulekha Oil very effective for Hair fall and hair regrowth. The Comb like dispenser makes it a unique and smart. The application is really easy as the comb-like dipper helps Oil to pore directly on Scalp and Root. It gives nourishment to the hair increase Hair growth. The only thing I don't like that much in this is its heaviness. It feels a little heavy after application. Kesh King Hair oil After using Indulekha Bhringa oil I found this Kesh King oil one of the most effective hair oil. It curbs hair fall and Cre all types of Hair problems like dandruff and scalp infections. Also effective for removing lice from the hair (not completely but to some extent) if using it regularly. It feels a little heavy on hair and smell is also strong but you can give this a try. Gives amazing results, Did what it claims! That's why I am still using this hair oil. Agave Healing Oil Treatment This is a non-greasy lightweight hair oil that seals goodness, instantly smooths and add shines to the hair. Rejuvenate unmanageable hair with the hydrating and color restoring extracts of Mexican Agave Tree. It is a herbal hair oil and using it can not give you any side effects. Best Moisturizing conditioner for damaged hair Conditioning is the most important part of your hair care. After all, we are putting lots of effort only for getting smooth and conditioned hair. Here is my hair care routine in detail. These small steps result in a huge change in my hair texture. It also helps in reducing hair fall and promotes hair growth. Try to get time for You Hair and Skincare. You should find time from your busy schedule for your self-grooming and body care. My Hair Routine of a week Saturday night Oiling Sunday morning hair wash a Conditioning Monday I always a fine for my hair Tuesday Again Oiling Wednesday Washing No daily routine needed on Thursday and Friday apart from combing. My Monthly Hair Care Routine Apply Onion juice at least 4 days in a month I replace Onion juice with Fenugreek Seed paste or Soaked water Lemon and curd is also alternative I do any of the above steps one at a time Steam my hair at least 2 days in a week What else I do for my hair for better hair growth I apply Heena once in 2 or 3 months. Do hair spa at home or in the salon at least once a month. Hair cutting is also an important step of hair care as it reduces split ends and helps hair to grow longer. Oiling is the most important step of hair care routine Always massage your scalp not your hair Use warm oil for massage Never use you pam to massage or rub your hair it may damage your hair. Always use your finger-tips only to massage gently. 10 – 15 mins head massage can make a big change. Use castor oil, Olive oil, sesame seed oil or coconut oil. (whatever available) Never wash your hair just after oiling let it be absorbed into the roots completely and wash it after 3-4 hrs. How I do Hair Spa I just in 6 steps at home naturally? Oiling Follow all the above steps of oiling your scalp. Steaming Just after oiling, Steaming helps the oil to be absorbed into the hair root and scalp and nourishes it. Steaming helps to open pores and loosen follicles that it can absorb essential oils and makes your hair stronger from the root. You can also do hair and skin steaming at your home without using any machine. The process is given below. Washing Wash off the oil from your hair using any mild shampoo. Use Luke warm water for washing. Applying Hair Mask Apply your readymade hair mask or Your DIY homemade hair mask. Drape any towel around your shoulder as this step is but messy. Take 1-2 banana (according to your hair length). Half or 1 cup of curd. 1/2 lemon 1 egg white. mess the banana or grind in your grinder mix curd in it then squeeze lemon and mix well put egg white into it. miss well in your blender Apply on your hair in straightway. Let it be for at least 30 mints or max 1 hr. rinse it off then wash your hair with mild shampoo.
